Forum: GratefulDead Subject: Grateful Doors? Or Grateful Dead meets the Doors? Set 2 6/19/68

Came across this by accident- set 2 is

Jam
Main Ten Jam
Jam
The Other One Jam

And it is not a Hartbeats show- apparently something was wrong with the sound system so the band dropped vocals all together in set 2- first two jams around Main ten sound very much like the Doors- interesting- quite

No I dont hear it doesnt mean its not true I just dont hear. Sounds like Pig on the organ.

Alot of people have compared the Dead and Doors. I think it was Jim Morrison himself who once said why does everyone say the Doors are a dark band listen to the Grateful Dead it will change your mind.
